  NMS-20125: drive AssetFilterPanel toggle tests through OnmsToggleSwitch emit

Address code review: the featured-fields toggle tests mutated wrapper.vm.featuredOnly
directly instead of exercising the real v-model chain, so a broken binding or prop
typo on the switch would not be caught. Reworked to emit update:modelValue on the
found ToggleSwitch component, matching the convention already used in
NodeAdvancedFiltersDrawer.test.ts. Also added a sync-invariant test asserting
ASSET_COLUMN_OPTIONS labels match ASSET_COLUMN_TITLES.
