  NMS-20095: Remove orphaned Karaf feature definitions

Seven feature definitions nothing can install: opennms-perspective-poller
and opennms-telemetry-daemon package daemons that run in the core JVM
(enabled by default in service-configuration.xml; their documented
configuration never involves Karaf, and neither feature was staged into
the shipped repo). twitter4j, smack, opennms-bootstrap, and
lmax-disruptor are library wrappers orphaned by the 2015-2018
run-services-in-Karaf work; smack's definition has a malformed bundle
URL and has never been resolvable. netty4's last consumer
(cassandra-driver) now uses the consolidated netty feature. Also
removes the duplicate jmxconfiggenerator features file and its
attach-artifact execution, and the corresponding staging/verify list
entries. opennms-blobstore-noop and nrtg/osgi-nrtg-jms are kept as
installable alternative modes. No code is removed; wrapped jars still
ship in lib/ where used. Verified by full build (karaf verify +
features-add-to-repository), re-run after the scope trim.
