Any information would be greatly appreciated. You can achieve this with the data source by creating an expression, and referencing the values of the ifHighSpeed or ifSpeed constants. All of the constants (i.e. values in the strings.properties files) are available in the expression context and are prefixed with the attribute label. See the attached screenshot for an example.
