I ran a fresh install of OpenNMS Horizon 21.0.3 on a Windows 2012 R2 test box with no post install customizations to see if I broke something with my production install, but the plug-in manager was nowhere to be found on the new test server either. Does anyone know if there is a separate install for that? I didn't see an option for that during the main install. Is the plug-in manager even supposed to be available on Windows installs? From the Admin guide, it sounds like I should be able to configure the plugin using the plugin manager. Unfortunately, the OpenNMS Plugin Manager doesn't appear in the list under Additional Tools in my console. Has anyone else seen this? Any ideas on how to get the Plugin Manager to appear?
