Hi David, Well I'd tried to move forward beyond 19.1.0 but had to go back. A critical feature of "Advanced Alarm Search" was deemed a bug I was told, and thus removed in 20.0.1 I'd tried. In our current 19.1.0 we see the “reason code” string in Log Message, where it is searchable via the "Alarm Text Contains" field. But in 20.0.1 we see the “reason code” string has been moved to the Description field which is NOT searchable by any Advanced Alarm Search field. Our custom bash scripts executed via SNMP produce key-words to the "reason code" and by searching for those key-words we can quickly discover groups of hosts exhibiting specific errors. So we are stuck. We were pointed to an "enhancement request" which would greatly extend Advanced Alarm Search and honestly I have lost track, Apparently it was ambitious and our humble little feature was buried within.
