OpenNMS 21.04 - Ops board- access denied to surveillance dashlet

 Hi,

Since I upgraded to 21.04 from 20 I cannot  use and/or create Ops  Board
or Ops Panel with surveillance dashlet because "access denied "

I tried that  as "admin" user and as a dedicated user
(https://wiki.opennms.org/wiki/Dashboard)

I can access/create/view  surveillance views without any issues both as
"admin" and dedicated user

I was not able to see any glaring error in web.log

Any help will be greatly appreciated
