Hi Oleksiy,

    Since upgrading OpenNMS a while back, I recently discovered that 
SNMPv3 traps we no longer getting through... I think it was version 21.2 
and we've just upgraded to 22.0 so it's on my to-do list to recheck 
SNMPv3 traps and see if it's working again.

What version are you using?
