Jetty HTTP ERROR 503

Hello,

I wanted to install the inventory plugin for opennms.  I didn't know it 
would upgrade the install before installing the plugin. Now I have an 
upgraded opennms horizon 22, which is running, but no gui to 
administer.  I do see these errors in web.log.

WARN  [Main] o.e.j.w.WebAppContext: Failed startup of context 
o.e.j.w.WebAppContext@1ac7d460{/opennms,file:///usr/share/opennms/jetty-webapps/opennms/,UNAVAILABLE}{/usr/share/opennms/jetty-webapps/opennms}
org.eclipse.jetty.util.MultiException: Multiple exceptions

java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not resolve 
mvn:org.apache.felix/org.apache.felix.framework/5.6.6

Any help would be nice.  If I can't find a solution I want to reinstall 
while preserving my data.
