Hey, Daniel.  It was voted to move the community communication to stack overflow: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/opennms?sort=newest

I believe that the intentions are good with the hopes that this will facilitate better "communication" within the community than with email reflector.  Having worked in the community for 15 years, now, I can appreciate how difficult it is to move from the mailing lists but we're trying to accommodate the community which I believe greater than just the mailing list.

If this doesn't workout, we can always vote to go back.  Let's give it a try.  Like you, I'm very fond of the email list but trying to be more flexible and accommodating in my old age. :)
