You'd be better off replying to the mailing list, not just to me - that way the guys working on OpenNMS will see your answer too.

I see in the logs:

2018-07-24 10:58:05,634 WARN  [Main] o.e.j.C.opennms: Unexpected exception while starting Karaf
java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not resolve mvn:org.apache.felix/org.apache.felix.framework/5.6.6

So maybe you could take the suggestion Craig gave in his reply to your email, and clear the cache directory?

Start with /opt/opennms/logs/web.log and work from there.
