Not that I've seen, but opennms datacollection can be very iops-intensive
depending on the number of collected nodes, so you might want to keep an
eye on it.  Watch your iowait.

I tried an iSCSI LUN once, but it was a net loss in performance (once I
diagnosed and replaced the failed cache battery in the internal array,
anyway)
