Increase time for service delete

Hi,
How can I increase the time OpenNMS have to delete services (like ICMP)
from nodes that have long time out of the network? I have a node that is
out of the network for some reapairs in the area (since a week ago) and
today I notice that ICMP have been remove from OpenNMS, can I increase that
time? Or including the node on an "Service Outage" will prevent OpenNMS
from deleting the service/node?
