Issues changing from JRobin to RRDtool graphs

Hi

I would like to change my graphs from JRobin to RRD.. However I am running
into problems with this

Here is my setup
centos 7
Opennms horizon - 22.0.3
java 1.8.0_181
Java Runtime - 1.8.0_181-b13

changing from JRobin to RRDtool
Here are the lines that I uncommitted out in the
rrd-configuration.properties file

Here is the error message I get when I start opennms

opennms is partially running

[root@talgor charpham]# opennms -v status
Could not connect to the OpenNMS JVM (OpenNMS might not be running or could
be starting up or shutting down): Failed to retrieve RMIServer stub:

java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host: 127.0.0.1; nested

opennms is stopped

any ideas as to what is happening
