Yes, I found that. The REST API docs are a bit light, but usable. I'm making pretty good progress automating the process. One interesting thing I found when I unmanage a service on an interface that is down via the console, the associated outage record gets deleted from the database, whereas when I set the ifservice to forced unmanaged via the REST API it doesn't delete the outage record. From the docs, it doesn't look like there is a delete method available for outages, so I'll probably delete them via SQL. I did find something referencing it with a use case for Categories even though it's really an API for managing monitored services using categories... Instead of the Categories heading it should be Monitored Services. Though, this documentation is still pretty light.
