Could not connect to 127.0.0.1 on port 8181 (OpenNMS might not be running or could be starting up or shutting down): Connection refused

Hi Ted,

Yes, I have SELinux installed and it is permissive and enforcing. I tried
disabling the SELinux and run again opennm but the error still persist.
