If you need ~3hr turnaround, buy commercial support (e.g.: www.OpenNMS.com 
), find a clueful consultant to help you, or build up the neccessary  
support capability in-house. You aren't going to get such a level of  
support from a public mailing list where volunteers respond in their  
free time.
