Hello All I have recently installed openNMS (latest stable version) 1.8 and it installed succesfully on CentOS 5.4 However i have been unable to make send email notifications.I have noticed it uses the Javamail API. I have tried to follow the instructions given but i hit a snag.Any help on how to configure it to send mail would be appreciated. Secondly >From an experts point of view;which would be the best way to measure cisco interfaces.would it by using SNMP or ICMP? Any help would be appreciated.
