Most likely you're running on an x86_64 system (and got x86_64 jicmp) 
but have an i386 JDK (or vice-versa).  Make sure the architecture 
matches for everything.

rpm -q --qf='%{name}-%{version}.%{arch}\n' opennms-core jicmp jdk
