Failing Startup from Clean Install on CentOS 5.5

 Hello!

  Did a yum repository install (using "Yum repository files for stable/rhel5
OpenNMS") on a relatively fresh CentOS 5.5 box yesterday. The machine has
Java 1.6.0 on it already along with the various openjdk RPMs. I have
Hitachi's Storage Manager Navigator 2 on here for handling a SAN of ours and
has its own SNMP trap handler running on all interfaces on port 162. That
was a conflict, so I found the port reference in trapd-configuration.xml and
changed it temporarily until I can figure out how to get Hitachi's stuff to
bind to only one interface.

  That was the only change I made to the config files and the error I was
getting about a conflicting use of 162 went away. It moved immediately to
the error below that has me stumped. It is, so far as I can tell, not the
hostname-related error cited in the FAQ. I can't seem to find an exact match
to this in the mailing lists, via Google, etc.
