help

I am getting an error when trying to install OpenNMS. Versions and Error listed below. Any help would be appreciated!

OS = Windows 2008 Server Standard 64bit SP2
Java JDK Version is 1.6.0.22
PostgreSQL 9.0
OpenNMS installer = standalone-opennms-installer-1.8.5

All the Apps above are 64bit.
