How do I specify where the file is to the installer?

hi. you simply need to copy this file to the location the installer is searching for. the software is aware of it but it needs to be in the path it is searching for. look at the install report you'll notice the error that it can't find it. place it in the default location it is looking for.

Is there one as the instructions mention? I can’t seem to find anything except the zip with the jicmp.dll.
