Still having issue, I just placed the jicmp dll in the system32 folder as I did not find that before however no luck. Could it be the version or is there anything else I should check? When I went to web page to open IE was unable to connect to the page. I believe all installation has been completed correctly. This is on a standalone Windows XP box. Any help would gladly be taken.
