Hi Jos, Would you like to revert back to PostgreSQL 1.8.x instead of 1.9? Delete your installation folders and give it another try. I already did a seach in Internet but I didn't find anything that helps me to solve this issue. I have postgresql running and I can access using pgAdmin III without problem.
