I haven't been able to get a proper RHEL system to build new RHEL6 RPMs,
that RPM is built against the RHEL6 beta.

Try downloading IPLIKE source:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/opennms/files/IPLIKE/stable-2.0/iplike-2.0.1.tar.gz/download

And then do:

  rpmbuild -tb iplike-2.0.1.tar.gz

...that should give you an RPM that works with your system.
