OpenNMS Installer Error

Hi Everyone,

I'm having a problem with the installer command in the quick start guide when running a fresh install. When I run "/opt/opennms/bin/install -dis" I'm getting the following error:

[root@dtusphi-lx9001 ~]# /opt/opennms/bin/install -dis

WARNING: unable to load XXX_TOKENIZE_ME_XXX/etc/opennms.properties
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.Exception: property "importer.requisition.dir" not set from bundled installer.properties file

	at org.opennms.install.Installer.loadProperties(Installer.java:395)
	at org.opennms.install.Installer.install(Installer.java:164)
	at org.opennms.install.Installer.main(Installer.java:931)
[root@dtusphi-lx9001 ~]#


I searched the web and found some references to this error but there was no solution listed. Any ideas how to get rid of this error. 

Some additional info. I went with the standalone-opennms-installer-1.8.14.zip for my install. I get the error whether I run with or with out the -console option.

OS - RHEL 5.5

Java Version:
[root@dtusphi-lx9001 tmp]# java -version
java version "1.7.0"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0-b147)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 21.0-b17, mixed mode)

The /opt/opennms/etc/model-importer.properties lists:
importer.requisition.dir = /opt/opennms/etc/imports
