new to the list and different problem with installation

Hello
i am new to this list! I will try to install opennms first on my laptop 
(ubuntu 11.10).
if it is working i would like to install it on a QNAP NAS TS-212.
the how to do i used is

first with the documentation i did not found this GPG-key to add?

Then i had problem with  apt-get install sun-java6-jdk - but i found a 
information on the net to install it another way!

At the end when doing the apt-get install opennms
it say
packet list have been read (write it in German)
packet opennms could not be found

and finish
is there a way to get it work on ubuntu 11.10?
