Installation on 3 dedicated servers

Hi all, I'd like to install opennms 1.10 on 3 dedicated servers (DB, Application core, WebUI). Found documentation in the wiki : http://www.opennms.org/wiki/Running_OpenNMS_with_a_Dedicated_PostgreSQL_Server http://www.opennms.org/wiki/Jetty#Advanced_Configuration_.281.3.7.2B_only.29 Separation of the DB seems to work fine. But I have difficult to separate the Jetty WebUI as described in this document. When logged to the home page, I see the message "OpenNMS Disconnect -- is the OpenNMS daemon running?" and for each result: "Calculating..." . Is this document up to date for such a configuration for release 1.10 ?
