Question about automatic maps

I am pretty new to opennms and to this email subscription service so excuse me if I come across as a noob. I have Opennms installed on a Windows 2008R2 server. We would like to set up automatic mapping and I did find this:

http://www.opennms.org/wiki/Automatic_Map_Creation

It seems to only show the linux commands for installed the map and link provisioning. How do I do this on Windows?
