Access? How can I install without using YUM.

You should be able to download the JDK separately, and then grab iplike,
jicmp, and jicmp6 from the distro-specific dir for your release, and
opennms from the "common" one. For example, on RHEL5 x86_64, you would
need to download the following files:

http://yum.opennms.org/stable/rhel5/opennms/x86_64/iplike-2.0.2-1.x86_64.rpm
http://yum.opennms.org/stable/rhel5/opennms/x86_64/jicmp-1.2.1-1rhel5.x86_64.rpm
http://yum.opennms.org/stable/rhel5/opennms/x86_64/jicmp6-1.0.1-1rhel5.x86_64.rpm
http://yum.opennms.org/stable/common/opennms/opennms-1.10.0-2.noarch.rpm
http://yum.opennms.org/stable/common/opennms/opennms-core-1.10.0-2.noarch.rpm
http://yum.opennms.org/stable/common/opennms/opennms-webapp-jetty-1.10.0-2.noarch.rpm

...plus a JDK RPM from http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/index.html

Then you can install them all with "rpm -Uvh *.rpm", assuming PostgreSQL
is already installed.
