That's where I got stuck, I launched the installer for 32bit windows and got the error. I have no idea why that would happen. The log says it sees that it's windows with SP3, but says it can't run on windows? That does not make any sense right?

Subject: [opennms-install] Windows -

Dearest,

It is a Virtual Machine Dual-Core AMD Opteron with Microsoft Windows server 2003 Enterprise SP2.
Installed jdk-7u4-windows-i586.exe, Postgresql-9.1.3-1-windows.exe without error. Both services are running and default DB exist.
Extract Standalone-opennms-installer-1.10.1.zip then run setup32.exe, error message popup with "The installer could not be launched".

Any idea where I should look into, please! Thank you!

Regards
Chris Leung
