"Extract Standalone-opennms-installer-1.10.1.zip then run setup32.exe, error message popup with "The installer could not be launched"." That's where I got stuck, I launched the installer for 32bit windows and got the error. I have no idea why that would happen. The log says it sees that it's windows with SP3, but says it can't run on windows? That does not make any sense right? Installed jdk-7u4-windows-i586.exe, Postgresql-9.1.3-1-windows.exe without error. Both services are running and default DB exist.
