Be sure you have installed 1.10.3
Check firewall?
on opennms server: telnet localhost 8980
	on your PC: telnet <ip address> 8980

Check manager.log, jetty.log, and output.log for ERROR and Exceptions. Easiest if you first stop OpenNMS, delete all the logs, restart

cd /var/log/opennms/
sudo /sbin/service opennms stop
sudo rm */*.log*
sudo /sbin/service opennms start
