Error in OpenNMS installation

Dear All,

 

I have installed OpenNMS 1.10.3-1, Java  jdk-7u4-windows-i586 & PostgreSQL
9.1.4-1-windows on Windows XP SP3 machine as per instructions given at
http://www.opennms.org/wiki/Installation:Windows

 

Now when I am running opennms.bat start

I am getting this error

Request your help & support in resolving this error. I am newbie to OpenNMS
& this is my first installation.
