Thanks for the advise. Created an Issue, Issue # NMS-5431 (
http://issues.opennms.org/browse/NMS-5431)
I tried on multiple machine having PostgreSQL Plus Advance Server, but it
failed with each of them. I too, think that the problem might be with
OpenNMS with PostgreSQL Plus Advance Server.
Hope this resolves quickly.
