Re: OpenNMS 1.10.8 installation problem on Debian 3.2.39-2 x86_64

Hello,

I've figured out that String.toUpper() in Liquibase causes problems in some
languages, and exporting LANG before initiating installer in the same
session let these problems to go away:

# export LANG=en_US.UTF-8
#/usr/share/opennms/bin/install -dis

Now everthing is running smoothly,
