Odd. You could do it in two steps:

wget http://debian.opennms.org/OPENNMS-GPG-KEY

That will place an OPENNMS-GPG-KEY file in the directory where you ran
the command, and:

sudo apt-key add OPENNMS-GPG-KEY

appears to do the trick.
