The main log files to be checking under $OPENNMS_HOME/logs/webapp/ are jetty.log and web-map.log. You might need to adjust $OPENNMS_HOME/etc/log4j.properties and change the WARN’s to DEBUG for the two logs to get more verbose messages on why you are getting a blank page. There isn’t a firewall or proxy interfering with the requests at all?
