Blank web interface

Hey guys,

I have just finished installing Opennms (for the second time) and it starts
up alright. I followed the YUM instructions and didn't run into any
problems except on IPlike, but that was optional.  I also checked the
status and everything is running.  Then when I try to access the web
interface it's completely blank.
I am running CentOS 6.5 with OpenNMS 1.12.6 and JAVA SDK 8 (I think... I'm
confused because the runjava command directs it to the JRE.  I downloaded
the and installed the JDK rpm though.)
I've tried looking into the problem and I haven't been able to come up with
much...
The ports are open and as far as I can see there's no problem with
permissions.

I have attached the jetty and output logs.  I doubt the output will help
since it hasn't changed since the last problem I ran into.

If you need any additional information I'll do my best to provide it.
