Installation under Windows

Hi,

i am trying to install opennms under windows 7.

I have already installed JAVA SE Dev Kit 8 Update 5 and Java 8 update 5. I
have already installed PostgresQL 9.3 and i tried to to issue the command :
initdb.exe -E UTF-8 -U postgres ..\data  as you ca see below:

C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\9.3\bin>initdb.exe -E UTF-8 -U postgres ..\data
The files belonging to this database system will be owned by user "admin".
This user must also own the server process.

The database cluster will be initialized with locale "English_United
States.1252
".
The default text search configuration will be set to "english".

Data page checksums are disabled.

initdb: directory "../data" exists but is not empty
If you want to create a new database system, either remove or empty
the directory "../data" or run initdb
with an argument other than "../data".

What went wrong?
