ICMP Notification

I'm sure this has been asked before - brand new to OpenNMS; and one of the
things I'd like to do is set up a notification so that I get paged if pings
to my ISP's DNS and/or Gateway start taking too long.  I've got the IPs set
up to be monitored and am seeing long latencies at times, as well as some
complete outages - All I need to do is set up some notifications.
