opennms upgraded to 15.0.0-1 and not working

Now on opennms_15.0.0-1_all.deb

When I do "service opennms start" it fails.  I find lots of output in
/var/log/opennms/output.log but this seems most relevant:

Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: relation
"cdpelement" does not exist
  Position: 271

OpenNMS was working, has not been running for a while, so I did an
update on all packages and here I am.  I wonder if there is a SQL script
that I should run somewhere, but I'm not sure where to look.
