Migration of Opennms 1.6.7 on windows to a 2008vm

I am looking for some assistance with the process of migrating an existing rel 1.6.7 of opennms from a windows 2003 server to a 2008 vm. The system has been running well and has many nodes and notifications already setup. I would like to know if there is an easy way to migrate this data. I have setup a test vm on my pc with the latest version of opennms running. I seem to have some issues though as I am  only get a reporting page and none of the admin features that I am used to seeing. Below is a screen shot of the test system. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The person that initially set the production system up has moved on. I have managed to keep the old system updated by tinkering around. Thanks, Todd
