HTTP ERROR: 503

Hi Team,

I am using CentOS 7 (1503), following the instructions to install the software. In the end, when I try to access

http://<http://your-server-address:8980/opennms/>your-server-address:8980/opennms/<http://your-server-address:8980/opennms/>

Software:  OS: CentOS 7
                  Database: PostgreSQL
                  Java: JDK1.8.0

However, when I tried to go to the url in the installation guide (using yum) ,  I get an error page that reads:

HTTP ERROR: 503

Problem accessing /opennms/. Reason:
                SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE

Anybody can indicate me how to resolve it? Thanks.
