Hi All,
I've been trying to configure OpenNMS on a Windows server 2012 to no avil. =
The server configuration is essentially out the box with some apps installe=
d, WMI has been configured in accordance with http://www.opennms.org/wiki/W=
MIConfiguration.
WMI Will work, if I use the Administrator username and password (So ruling =
out the firewall here), however I have configured an additional account for=
monitoring purposes, added it to the administrators group, and performed t=
he registry tweaks as suggested by the WMI configuration page in the wiki.
The error I get back from a windows host to WMI is :
Get-WmiObject -Credential opennms -ComputerName atomdb Win32_BIOS | fl Stat=
us
Get-WmiObject : Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_AC=
CESSDENIED))
