Some variant of this should work...

So, *before* you upgrade:

$ pg_dump --username=3Dopennms --format=3Dc \
--table=3Dnodenxtid --table=3Dnode \
--table=3Dassets \
--table=3Dopennmsnxtid --table=3Dipinterface \
--table=3Dservicenxtid --table=3Dservice \
--table=3Difservices --table=3Dsnmpinterface \
--table=3Dcatnxtid --table=3Dcategories --table=3Dcategory_node \
--verbose --file=3Dopennms_nodes.pgsql opennms

$ dropdb --username=3Dopennms opennms
$ createdb --username=3Dopennms opennms

$ sudo /opt/opennms/bin/install -dis

$ pg_restore --user=3Dopennms --dbname=3Dopennms --format=3Dc --verbose =
opennms_nodes.pgsql

Now, you should be able to uninstall 1.12.5 and reinstall a clean =
Horizon 16.0.3 (note that your version syntax is off a bit) and you=E2=80=99=
ll have your nodes in the DB.
