I am having trouble starting opennms

I install JDK 1.8.0_71
I installed PostgreSQL 9.5.0.1 x64
I installed opennms 17.0.0-1
I made sure the database is in place. Everything look in order
I open command line and type start.bat start
It seems to be "stuck" jicmp.dll and get [INFO] Successfully loaded jicmp =
library. It keeps going and going before debug and info.
What am I doing wrong?
