Good day,

I am installing OpenNMS for the first time. I am installing on a Windows 10
64bit pc.

I have installed Java JDK-8u77
I have installed PostgreSQL 9.3.4

I downloaded OpenNMS standalone installer 17.1.1

As per the install instructions attached to the download I tried to run the
install from the command line. This gave me a CL error that it was not a
valid command.

I then tried to run the installer. At step 4 "Target path" I get an error
"Unable to write to the directory file"

What am I doing wrong?
