OpenVPN 2.2.1 released

The OpenVPN community project team is proud to release OpenVPN 2.2.1. It
can be downloaded from here:

Changes include:

- Fixed several build issues
- Updated easy-rsa for OpenSSL 1.0.0 (fixes Trac ticket #125)
- Man-page improvements
