The OpenVPN community project team is proud to release OpenVPN
2.3_rc2. It can be downloaded from here:

This release includes a number of bug fixes and cleanups. The Windows
installer is bundled with upgraded OpenSSL (1.0.1c), OpenVPN-GUI (2.0.0)
and libpkcs11-helper (latest Git version).
