Yeah, I guessed so, but we need the dump from the handshake up until the 
non-working ping. So we can compare packets.

"tunnel does not work" is a pretty generic "failure", therefore it's 
pretty difficult to correlate without additional information.
On top of that, DCO on Windows is a totally different implementation, so 
it's quite difficult that the two problems are related.
