[PATCH applied] Re: silence autoconf warnings about openvpnserv_testdriver_CFLAGS etc

Thanks for the review.  BB also agrees that this works :-)

Patch has been applied to the master branch.

(It's just a warning, so it falls under "code maintenance" which does not
need to be backported to release/2.7)
